ABOUT

Sid started his fitness journey back in 2007 when he met his best friend at that time, Stanley.  Sid always had the passion and love for weight training and decided to compete in the bodybuilding industry. He did his first NPC Bodybuilding show at bantamweight (151 lbs/68 kg) and he fell in love with competing.


Moving forward he progressed and gained more experience by competing in the NPC shows. Sid's last bodybuilding show was back in Nov. 2013, where he competed at 185 lbs/84 kg. Sid takes great pride in promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
